Human Design
Human design is a modern system that brings wisdom from ancient teachings such as the I ching, astrology, the chakra system and the Kabbalah Tree of Life to provide the the tools, gifts and karmic lessons you brought into this incarnation. By looking at your Bodygraph, or chart, you can see how you were meant to exchange energy with the world, how you specifically hear your inner guidance, the gifts you came in with, along with the ways you can use these energies in a more aligned way.
Reiki
Reiki comes from the Japanese words “Rei” meaning Higher Power or Universe and “Ki” meaning Life Energy. Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living beings, it is a gentle and safe form of energy healing in which a practitioner places their hands on or above the body channeling energy. I am certified in Reiki Tummo, which prioritizes the heart and channeling of love along with kundalini energy to utilize that higher vibration and allow energy to flow, release and purify.
